Terms & Conditions
"Soluxury", "Soluxury Serviced Apartments"
or "we" means Soluxury Ltd, company no. 6330962 registered in England
and Wales.
By making a reservation with Soluxury you agree that the contract
between you and Soluxury in respect of the rental of the apartment shall
be solely on the terms of the reservation form and the terms and
conditions below.
Bookings & Payment
All rates quoted are per apartment per night and include all utility
charges, including council tax, water and electricity. To confirm a
reservation a 20% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 14
days prior to the date of your stay, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reservations made within 14 days of the beginning of your stay must be
paid for, by cleared funds, at the time of booking.
We accept the following methods of payment:
Credit card: Credit card payments are subject to a 3%
surcharge.
Bank transfer: Please ask your bank to show your name as the transfer
reference.
Cheque: Payable to Soluxury Ltd
Cancellations
Soluxury must be notified in writing of any cancellation of reservation.
If a cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival, then a
full refund of the deposit will be given. If a cancellation is made
within 14 days of your arrival then the deposit will be retained and any
further refund is subject to the apartment being re-let. We reserve the
right to cancel any reservation and retain any deposit paid should
payment not reach us on time, as specified in 'Bookings & Payment'.
Arrivals & Departures
Arrivals are from 3pm and departures by 11am. Collection/delivery of
keys is done from the apartment itself. Extended departure until midday,
or by day is available at an additional cost and subject to
availability.
Apartment Demonstration
Upon arrival, our handover representative will give a brief
demonstration of the apartment and provide you with a manual for the
appliances within the apartment.
Cleaning & Laundry
Customers staying more than one week will receive a weekly linen and
towel change and full twice-weekly clean. In addition a daily cleaning
and bed making service is available at an additional cost. If the
cleaners are turned away for any reason, then the cleaning for that day
will not be re-scheduled.
Apartment Rules
Only persons with names given at the time of booking are permitted to
occupy the apartment. You agree not to use the apartment for any illegal
or immoral purpose and you must refrain from doing anything that may
cause a nuisance or annoyance to occupiers of adjoining or neighbouring
properties. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment. In the
event of a breach of any of the rules, Soluxury reserves the right to
terminate its contract with you with immediate effect and without refund
of any balance paid. You acknowledge that Soluxury and its agents can
have unrestricted and immediate right of access at all times to the
apartment in the event of an emergency (or a perceived emergency) and
have a right of access at all other times upon reasonable notice given
by Soluxury to you.
Security Deposit
You are liable for any damage or breakages caused by you or your
visitors to the apartment and/or the common areas of the building that
the apartment is situated in. A £350 security deposit will be taken
prior to your arrival and refunded within 2 weeks of departure to cover
any phone calls, extras, damage and/or breakages and you agree that
Soluxury is authorised to use this security deposit to cover such costs.
An inventory will be provided upon arrival of furniture and home
entertainment equipment within the apartment, which must be checked and
signed by you before the handover of keys. Any damage found upon arrival
must be noted on the inventory and with our handover representative.
Warranties & Liability
Nothing contained in the contract between you and Soluxury shall create
or be deemed or implied to create any relationship of landlord or tenant
between Soluxury and you. Soluxury warrants that it will provide the
services pursuant to its contract with you using reasonable care and
skill. All other warranties are expressly excluded to the fullest extent
permitted by law. Soluxury is not responsible in any way for loss of or
damage to any of your personal belongings and we recommend that you
obtain appropriate insurance to cover loss or damage to personal
property during your stay. We are not liable for the acts or defaults
caused by third parties or for events outside its reasonable control.
The entire liability of Soluxury under or in connection with its
contract with you shall not exceed the rental charge. Nothing in the
terms shall affect a consumer’s statutory rights. Although we have
endeavoured to ensure all information on this website and in our
publications is correct at the time of publication, we do not warrant
the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information contained on
its website or in our publications. Soluxury reserves the right to
alter, substitute or withdraw any service, facility, amenity or the
content of its website or any publication at any time, without notice if
necessary, and without any liability to you.
A signed copy of these terms and conditions must also be returned to us
for each reservation made with Soluxury.
